Gentlemen, I am restoring a 560 with tel-a-depth. went through all valves etc replaced all o rings and any other deficient part. Problem;I can lift hitch no problem ,however, to lower I have to manipulate linkage manually.( Disconect linkage and push lever on valve back manually much farther then linkage will allow) Can any one shed any light on my problem .I have the blue ribbon manual but it does not help me so far.
