I fixed one recently in a B-250 and it was the same German-made switch that both my B-275s have. Can't say for sure it was the original one though. Those switches rarely work if they've been sitting outside. It's a 15 minute job to pry part, clean the contacts, grease and put back together. I've fixed many. Odd though that they are German made and not Lucas like the rest of the electrical system.
This guy has used switches for B-250s (unless he sold them) . .
