I think it should be pointed out the speed vs torque considerations cannot be calculated from doing the math with the numbers on the sidewall of the tire. The only number that counts is the loaded radius. That number is the distance from the center of the axel to the ground. That number x 3.1416 will give the actual circumference which can be used to calculate tire revolutions per mile and so on. Loaded radius is highly variable. Factors that affect it are tire/rim combinations, air pressure, weight on axels, center of gravity movement from front to back and side to side, and tire rpms. You can throw in barometric pressure if you want to split hairs. Good tractor pullers and drag racers know all about loaded radius.
