Penna, and had the pleasure (when in high school) to drive one of the first 300 tractors offered at our small town dealership, I have an emotional attachment to this model of International tractor. Can you tell the general area in Penna. this tractor is at? Hope you find it to be worthy of your purchase - know you WILL enjoy this model much more than an M, even though the M may have an edge for torque rise (lugging capability).
