i have a 1953 super-a farmall tractor that had a carter carb on it that has never been right been rebuilt 5 times still not right . so i bought a nos zenith carb that fit on it right, but it seems to run better with the choke out just a little.it has a high speed miss. had the numbers checked to see what it was suppose to fit . the store said that it was for a ih power unit and it would not work on a tractor they said that it would cost more to fix it than a new carb would be. even if it was for a ih power unit sould it not run ok on my tractor with out a high speed miss and why could i not just put a larger jet in it. any help out there for me? thanks keith
