Block the pedal down a couple days and see if that fixes it. If not start it up and let it warm a bit so it is easy to restart. Shut it down and if you have a big open area start it in as high a gear as you can and drive it around with the pedal held down. Drive it till it pops free. If you can hook up a load behind even better
