I get them all sandblasted and clean and prime them. Then I use the Rustoleum "Aluminum" color. Looks really close to the original. For the IH Red, I have that mixed up at the automotive paint store based on the IH 2150 color. I get Acrylic Enamel and use fast hardener with it. But for the rims, the Rustoleum "Aluminum" should work great. Here are some that I've done with that type of paint on the rims.....
