From what I have heard.A FEW dealers were really into instaling M& W parts.(NOT every dealership was willing to do so.)I have read this on line quite abit by reputable people.Guys "back in the day"having it done at a dealership.)Piston kits,9 speed trans,ect.
But I have HEARD IH "dealer only".NEVER have heard of IH FACTORY installing ANY M&W parts.They REALLY frowned upon anybody making parts for their tractors.
Here again,only read about it/heard aboutit by people back in the 50's.I wasnt even alive yet!!!!
