I just bought an IH 350 Utility tractor with brush hog. When the PTO is not engaged it makes a whining noise. When it is engaged and you go to cut any grass the grass stops the mower as if you had a worn out clutch or it is out of adjustment. This is a live PTO, is there a way to adjust it? Thanks in advance. Jim
