Devil's advocate here, but if you think about that for a few minutes you'll realize that if it doesn't take long to run out of space if you keep everything that doesn't sell.
Marty's primarily in the scrapping business, not in the used tractor parts business. He buys 'em cheap and sells off a few parts he thinks are valuable for some "walkin' around money," then scraps the rest.
Why do you believe this guy when he says the tractor was in "real nice shape," when you've seen some of the JUNK he sells, and after how he's treated Wardner? I think you just WANT to be upset. The guy is shady at best; do you really think he's telling the truth about the condition of the tractor?
Do you really think he's tearing up "perfectly good" tractors? You're just letting your imagination run away with you to make yourself upset. Life's too short!
If he's making you that upset, why don't you get out there and buy up all the junk tractors so he can't get them?
