Where does the graphite like round seal go on carb #45108DA, when performing a complete rebuild (kit from TSC)? Is it part of the packing for the main fuel needle (cause it now leaks)? The rebuild made all the difference in the world... Runs and idles great, with no stumbling upon acceleration. Thanks DeltaRed and Glennster, you where correct. The float was toast.
