1943 Farmall O-4

Hello everyone! I am looking at purchasing a 1943 Farmall O-4 tractor. The motor is stuck and the orchard fenders have been cut off. It hasn't ran in about 8 yrs. And it is stored in a barn. Can anyone tell me what it would be worth, the owner has no idea and neither do I. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
