Yeah, I can see where Guy is coming from. When I first found this site, I came here as an Australian with a desire to learn all I could about IHC and their products, including, dare I say, the funny looking tractors with the strange front wheels. I soon learn't that to a lot people anything painted red was called a Farmall. After a short while I could see that the Farmall was held in very high regard in the US, as evidenced by the huge numbers of them sold there. I even made the mistake of correcting one bloke, I thought gently, for refering to the 22-36 as a Farmall. I gathered from his reply he wasn't the least bit amused. I,m only a farmer with a reasonable collection of IHC tractors, but I think Guys' situaton is different. Everything he does or writes is going to be quoted somewhere or sometime, and as such he has to be sure of his accuracy.Regards, Redfan.

Tractor Traction - by Chris Pratt. Our first bout with traction problems came when cultivatin with our Massey-Harris Pony. Up till then, this tractor had been running a corn grinder and pulling a trailer. It had new unfilled rear tires and no wheel weights.
