carborator trouble on A old H farmall

I need some information on A H- farmall, does anybody know if there is A jet down in the bowel half of the carborator that controles the idle.there are two holes in the top that has A cut out in the gasket. I need to know if there is A jet in both of these holes or just one?
there is one more question. All H farmall that I have read about the rpm is 1650. the rpm on the one that I have is 1850 does any body have any information on this?
