If my memory serves me right the wheel setting must be 64" center to center for a two 16 or three 14 plow. Next the plow has to be set dead level with the right wheel in a plow furrow. To get the plow to plow, the side level tilt and the front to rear level tilt have to be balanced so that the plow pulls itself into the soil. Ideally the cutter bars should be dead level and flat on the ground, but in some cases when the soil is dry and or hard (heavy) the points have to be a little lower than the rear of the bars. If one of the plows is running deeper than the other you use the tilt adjustment to get the cutter bars as level as possible with both plows at the same depth. Since your plow is not reversable, you should be able to plow as smooth as a paved parking lot.
