Filter/s plugged up, Fuel cap vent plugged, fuel sediment bowl and passage to tank plugged up. First determine if the fuel is flowing from the sediment bowl in a solid stream, If not fix it there. Then look at the cap, It must vent or the vacuum will not allow fuel delivery. Then the filters, but be warned, it will take pulling it down the road no faster than the gear you are in, and no TA, after bleeding the filters to get the air out of it. Be careful, or get experienced help, this is not a big problem. Jim
