The pressure control valve is putting the system on pressure. This is a box under the tank by your hydraulic valves. It is cast iron, abour 3 inches by 4 inches by 5 inches. It has a cover attached by four bolts which take a 1/2 wrench to remove. There is spring pressure on the cover, so leave the bolts in loose and tap the cover to remove it. Under this cover you will find a plug which can be removed with a screw driver. There will be a screen soldered to the plug. There will also be a small hole in the plug. Make this hole larger with a small drill bit. I think 1/64 will work. This should cure your problem. 641 847 2731
