I just picked up my second 706 and the both shift the same.they don't seem to shift bad at all,but how would i tell if the shifters had been updated,is the mechanism's the same or it all under the cover.I never been up close to see what the difference on the 56 series vs the 06.I what to do what i can now since i have both tractors in the shop or maintinence.How good is the 282 diesel on fuel just rebuild the motor so very curious.Just getting the sleeves out.Thanks steve
