First off, you take the packing nut, then the nut behind that off, pull hub assembly off the water pump. To get the adjustable pulley off you must remove a pin from the rear pulley by driving it inside the hub so bearings and seals must come out of the hub. Then you press the rear pully off to the rear. Then the adjustable pulley screws off to rear. The pin can sometimes be diffilcult to locate, it is in the flange. Measure how far pulley is on hub before pressing it off and press it back on to that same dimension. You can drill a new hole or do a good alignment job when reinstalling and use original hole.
