If the tire is a tubeless, I'd recommend having it "booted" on the inside and then insert a tube inside of it to hold the air pressure. Kinda like in the old days when tires would be vulcanized. Any good tire shop can install the boot on the inside of the sidewall and then put in the tube. Who knows, with all this it may be just as frugal to buy a new tire. Good luck.//FB
