Big Concern-HELP!

Checked the water in my 706 (282 diesel) this morning and the water looked funny. Could not see well so I took a piece of rolled up copy paper, dipped into the radiator and the water has a gray tint with what lookes like black drops (oil or fuel?) on it. It's not running hot. What do you think? Blown head gasket, rad needs flushed or possible (GULP) cracked block?
