As far as i know that pan with the rails on it was only used on the early Farmall H and M and similar. So I'd say you have a Farmall pan. The conical spring is Monroe and likely correct for the Empire. I'd guess the frame is farmer modified but you would have to look at pictures of other Empires and see what they have. If you see several the same it may be safe to assume they are original.
