Cub 3-PT Conversion

I've recently acquired a '58 Cub with Fasthitch. What's involved in converting this to a 3-PT hitch? I'm interested in using the tractor for finish mowing with a 60" deck. I would consider either a belly mount or 3-PT. Any comments on cost for either conversion? I can pick-up a used 60" deck for around $500 (Kubota) and with a little support welding, and a a few pulleys, rig it for a belly installation. Is there a bolt-on kit to convert the existing PTO to 540 RPM? Having the 3-PT would be more versatile. Thanks for the advice.
