Hey Bob...we are talking about the same plate and no, most of the heads are really gone I think there are two still in the front and one in the rear, not on the sides. So if I understand the posts here, if I can get the other bolts out and get the cover off, the fix is to remove the remainder of the cap screws (same as bolts, right?) and then simply replace with new ones. Am I on the right track??
