The price sounds very reasonable for what all you get. The question mark is why the engine in the SA won't rotate. You might want to check the starter to see if it is stuck/rusted against the flywheel. You'll just have to determine what the cause of the stuck engine is(as best you can) and go from there.

If the loader is the one-armed type(Model 1000, I think), it might be worth buying it just to get the loader. I've seen them going for nearly $2500 without a tractor.

Is that road scraper a belly blade or a blade that mounts on the Fast-Hitch? Original IH belly blades can be hard-to-find, too.
