Wardner, I fully concur with your post. This widespread problem exists and the educators and community leaders think that the remedy is throwing money into new air conditioned schools equipped with the latest computers and equipment. This being the case, we would not have the advancements that have developed in the last 200 years. The solution begins at home and extends into the educational system and on into society. Too many bright and capable young people do not meet their potential because of the inability to express their thoughts and solutions adequately.
