The numbers on the S/N tag are not high enough for a Louisville tractor. The Louisville SM S/N's started at 500,001 and went up. The number you gave would be a '52 Farmall Works Super M. The L is in the correct place for a Louisville tractor, however. Is it possible that some numbers were obliterated and no longer readable?
The F- prefix doesen't correspond to a tractor prefix either. Could this have been a number instead?
