Super W-6 Loader/Bleeding Hydraulics?

Well, after a substantial backyard-engineering project, I finally got a loader mounted on my Super W-6. Looks good, but unfortunately I can't get the hydraulics to work. I had to run some longer hoses to move the spool back to where I can reach it, and also plumbed the cylinders to be double-acting so I know there's a good deal of air in the system. Could the air keep the loader from moving at all? Can anyone give me a quick run-down on how to bleed a hydraulic system? (Are the little allen screws on the cylinders actually bleeder valves?) Thanks for any help!!! Patrick
