thanks guys. Here is some more. The clutch is free and works fine. The tranny is free and shifts into all gears. I have the rear tires, and they are in good shape. I have already tracked down rear wheels for it. I saved the wheels in the pics, because the spokes and the hubs are good. Rims shot. That can be fixed.
The biggest challenge on this will be either repairing or finding the hood and a connecting rod/piston for it. I know they are the same as the 10/20. #2 connecting rod is a pretzel. Old girl was stuck, and they tried pulling her to break the engine free. #1,3,4 moved, #2 didn't and the connecting rod is junk now.
The block is solid, with no cracks. Head looks good too. I know this is going to be a lot of work, as it is the worst condition tractor I have picked up to date, but I think I can make it work. I paid scrap price for it, and I am happy with that. The good parts on it alone are worth more than scrap.
