The manual I have is the IH Blue Ribbon Service Manual "Hydra-touch 300 and 400 Series," Form GSS-1062. The images in the manual seem to be more for the Farmall series than the International Utility series, but the designs are probably similar. There is a nice schematic on the inside of the rear cover.
