It doesn't specefically mention the Utility, but when I ordered the manual they knew I had a 300 Utility, so this may be the closest thing available.
There's no one place where it says, "this is how to test the regulator," but there is a ten-step test procedure that covers about three pages. The procedure tests the whole system (including the regulator, of course), and it mentions regulator-related symptoms.
The manual states that the hydraulic components must be installed on the tractor for this testing, but if you're working with a hydraulic shop and can show them the schematic they may be able to assemble the system in the shop for testing.
