IHC Cub LoBoy - Water Temp Gauge

Hi everyone... I just purchased an IHC Cub LoBoy, ventage mid/late 60's. I assume it has the C60 engine since it appears IHC didn't change it often. It has the normal Amp gauge, and I found an Oil pressure gauge on the side of the Oil filter canister, but it apparently does not have a Water temp gauge. Does anyone know if there is a tap into the water jacket somewhere on the engine that I can screw in a water temp sensor? In Florida, we always keep a sharp eye on the water temp, more than anything else. If anyone could offer a suggestion, it would be most appreciated. Thanks....
