I shouldn't worry about it too muc, as you describe it. Sounds mostly like a motor that's been worked hard, might be a little tired but nothing out of the norm. A bad head gasket/ cracked head or block, at least as far as fluids are concerned, would show up as oil in the coolant or (more likely) water/coolant in the oil pan. If you're running it regularly (and it sounds as if you are) and those are not problems, then neither is your head gasket.
The earlier suggestion of worn valve guides allowing oil to get by around the valve stems until the engine warms up would be a good bet.
Bottom line . . .in the absence of fluids where they shouldn't be, and with even compression across the cylinders, she'ds good to run. With a lot more running, she might need attention some day.
