That pretty much describes ours. I'll add that the disc brakes eventually have a problem because the tractor itself provides the outer wear surfaces. (Tractor on one side, brake cover is the other) At some point machining has to be done. You can't just put in new brake parts and fix it. The general solution is to shave off some metal from the brake cover. Also the power steering torque motor gets worn out and likes to leak. Parts for those are difficult.
