You need to get a muffler from Marks Tractors. He has them in either stainless or aluminized. Trust me on this....it will be extremely quiet. I have a stainless on my H and get comments all the time on how quiet and smooth it sounds. He makes them to original IH blueprints so it has the correct baffleing and the correct size outlet, 1 3/4". Stanley makes a muffler with the correct size outlet but it is just one of there standard mufflers modified with that size outlet. It will still have the same rough rumbling sound and may be just a little quieter. You should really look into getting one from Marks though. Call him at 217-694-4735. He doesn't have a website that I know of. He advertises in Red Power all the time.
