Exactly as CNKS says. When I had to move my wheels, I built a very stout sawhorse out of 2 x 4's (give it a good wheelbase and width so that its stable and won't tip) about 2 inches taller than the underside of the rear axle housing. Using a Cherry Picker I lifted the side I wanted to work on, slid the sawhorse under the axle and lowered the tractor back onto it.
Now you can loosen the wheel and move it around, but as CNKS says be very careful about the wheels - they're heavy. I wrapped a sling through the top portion of the wheel and put it under very light tension with the cherry picker when I was actually working on the wheel - its a nice safety
