My father-in-law just bought a 350 utility. The pto won't turn on. It looks like some of the external shift linkage is loose. That is the first thing to fix. I tried to turn the shaft by hand but couldn't. Is there some sort of clutch inside the rear cover that can be serviced? Is there anything he should know about the TA? What is the right way to operate it? I have heard all sorts of horror stories about those. Thanks for any help.
