I don't want to mess the casting up and already removed the bottom radiator to drain the system this time, but would like to remove this old plug and replace with a new one for future service. Any suggestions???
Grind down to a good flat surface and drill it out. Start small and step up in size as you go. Clean out the threads and install a new plug.
