You say, "good tires." Do you know what a good tire looks like? Some people think just because they're round and sorta black, they're good.
Then there's, "clean." Anybody can pressure wash a tractor before they sell it, and they usually do because they don't want the buyer to find out about the tractor's sins until they get it home.
