hi the book says to adjust the rod with the throttle wide open when it's wide open , there is no play.. i don't think that throttle shaft to carb is hanging up it was clean and i could turn the butterfly in carb easy and the shaft turned easy i don't understand what is going on the exhaust manifold is right the valves are right linkage is not hanging up , they're on right .. maybe green is the answer,, i know wash my mouth out with soap
