What you have is the best there is. Anything that pertains to the 15-30 is going to work for the 22-36 (it's the same engine with a larger bore) The old mechanics just tightened the bolts down evenly and adjusted the rockers by feel. If you want some specs I'd guess around 100 lbs would catch the head bolts and adjust the tappets something like .022. Tappets are always better too loose than too tight. If you have specific questions just ask away. There are several guys that frequent this forum that have been in lots of the early engines and know their way around. Hope this helps.
