I have a hydraulic soil probe I use for work and it wouldn't go in the ground this am. I have heard from all of our accounts that want me to do soil testing that there is NO frost in the ground here (WI) Then I talked to a neighbor who dug in a water line and he said there is about thirty inches. I think I will take the neighbors number as a little more honest...He did say it was kind of a rotton frost.
