The Farmall 300 is the same frame size as derived from the Farmall H. Most have a IPTO but it was optional and some are only equipped for a standard PTO. Live hydraulic were standard but the number of hydraulic valves varies. Two point fast hitch was also optional and now many have been converted to or added three point hitch. As far as mounted implements like cultivators, middle busters, etc, most front mounted implements that fit an H or SH will fit the 300 and the rear section will fit if you don't have two or three point hitch. If you do, you will have to have a two or three point rear section to go with the mounted front section. Also, some front mounted implements will only work with tricycle front whereas some will work with wide or tricycle front. Most likely I would think you will be using three point hitch rear mounted equipment however.
