Durk, thanks for your posts and continueing dialog and especially for bringing Hugh back into this. I know he would have had the answer to this one. I don't have a clue what the original decal was in this case but with the underlying paint being yellow along with the highway dept. ID tags I feel it was an International since the original purchaser was a state highway department. Do you concur with that assessment? As far as correct police go on this tractor that is not much of an issue as it would be me, the wife and our border collie who is very agreeable.
