I think I would install a new sleeve/piston kit& new sleeve seals. Have the crankshaft measured fo wear & have new valve guides installed if it needs them and have them magna-fluxed the head. You can get a sleeve kit off this forum for about $303.00. Hal PS: Doing that it will last a long time and you increase the cylinder bore to 3.125" without any machining.
