Jimmyjoe: He did ask lift capacity of hitch, not carrying ability of tractor. I used to have a 80 gallon 21' boom sprayer on my 130 hitch. I could raise it about 3/4 full hydraulically, chain it up then spray with it without any front end weight as long as I stayed on level. I was more comfortable with a bit of fron end weoight. The other item that happens with 3 point hitch is it puts weight further from tractor and that distance soon makes a huge difference.
