I know that the crank pulley issue has been beat to death here , But I still need some advice. I have heated and beat the new pulley on within about a quarter of an inch of the front cover. It absolutely will not go any further. I could use the all thread and bottle jack as demonstarted here before, But I am very worried about hurting the fresh crank shaft and the thrust bearing. Question is : Do I have it on far enough to work ok ? It has clearly penatrated the front seal. Thanks in advance for the help.
