Well my plow quit working the other day and turns out the reason is there was no oil in the touch control. I filled it back up, worked great for a while, then was empty again a few days later. There was no oil on the ground, where was it going? I checked the engine oil level and it was about 2 or 3 quarts too full, which didn't make any sense because it was fine not too long ago when I changed the oil and haven't added any since. My guess is the touch control pump is leaking into the front cover and draining into the crankcase. Anyone ever had this happen? FYI I am using regular engine oil in the touch control so it's not a big deal to the engine, just too full. I've looked around for rebuild kits for the pump but it appears there are none to be had. I'm open to suggestions, lay em on me.
