If its the type without geared drops on the rear axle. For forward change I think you have to flip the differential, move shifter to the other hole and get shifting forks for forward operation. Unless the forks are easy to find in your area, it may be simpler to get a regular transmission top with forks. What its worth would just be a guess. Depends on the person. SJ on the 300 means it came with a t/a and parts to drive a independent PTO. J is what you said. Pump and brakes will work on your SH.
