You need an owners and service manual. The owners manual gives you a fairly simple adjustment procedure for the brakes which is, I think, what Scotty is hinting at in his post. If you can get away with that I would stop there. If you are going to do a complete replacement you might want to look into what seals/bearings are involved and possibly consider redoing the whole deal. It is dirty heavy work and you might as well make it new while you are in there...but do the adjustment first. Why fix what ain't broke?
